We often don't actually have any active Rookies; they come along from time to time but soon become Experts and we don't have any Rookies again..
All those views you see in Rookie puzzles are the Experts and Pro's looking at them.
I don't think it's that they're all asleep as we sometimes joke, just that they're not there at all!
