In all my years as a fan of Pininfarina I'd never heard of nor seen this car, and even Googling with the full answer produces just this one small picture out of hundreds and hundreds of pictures!
Where did you find it?

I've never seen it before either. It has a strong resemblance with the one off Mercedes that was built in 1970. So I knew I had to google for Pininfarina designs from around that period

We had its cousin (also based on the Rambler American) as a puzzle some time ago. The roof is a dead giveaway.
