You're right, it's Topolino-based, so there really isn't much more to get..
It's not fully known who built it but it's thought to be by ******** (don't count the stars!)
So there's just that and the date to fill in.  Do you want to have a go?

It's got a lot of Siata 208 in it so I'm going to say it's by Touring...maybe 1954?

Based on similarities to other barchettas the bodywork is assumed to be by Motto.
