It is Swedish, yes, and it's from 1949.
Although the builder's initials were E.N. I have another name for it.
Locked for you to answer all the questions asked, including its name.

That's the engine and other running gear, yes.
E.N. Special does actually seem to be the correct name; I understood it was called 'Arvika' but that's where the builder llived.
Maien Friberg owned it at one time but who built it? As I said, his initials were the "E.N." of E.N. Special..
Still locked for you.

I'd like to add what I have:
"This car was built by Einar Nilson in 1949.
When his daughter became 18 years old, and was old enough to get a driver license in Sweden, he decided to build her a car. Since he was a competition driver, it was rather natural that it was a sports car.
A chassis from a 1936 Opel P4 got an engine from a Fiat Balilla and a tough 2-seated open aluminium body with
a roomy front (for a large engine) and a sleek end with a spare wheel in a depression. Spoke wheels adds to the impression.
In 1965 a Ford Anglia engine replaced the old one, and in the early 1980s the car got a soft top."
