Might this be a 1907 Marie by M. Marie de Bagneux?  I have no information other than the Marie was a three wheel single seat vehicle.

Sorry 4popoid, but this is correct, and he's even found another photo!. The make is obscure - it's not mentioned in Georgano, and I can find nothing on Google about it, but they obviously built invalid carriages.

I found the image when looking for something else, and it had been posted on a French-language site about obscure 3-wheel cars. I can add nothing more.
