i can see a Tatra on the picture,so by deduction it's from Czechoslovakia ;)

I don't know where the photo was taken, but the puzzle car was not built in Czechoslovakia.

Yes! You've obviously done a lot of work to solve this one - well done. I can find nothing else on the internet about the car - it's not mentioned on the usual sites.

All I know is that it's a Formula 3 car built around 1947/48 by Hans Berger of Gstaad, who also did coachwork for buses and trucks.
