I've found this to be British Trident cyclecar from the London of the 1920s!

Too late again. Just to add (or correct) that the first Tridents were built in France in 1919. The planned production by Vickers Ltd in the UK never started. It had a 8 hp two.cylinder engine driving the front wheel. Production ceased in 1920.

Sorry Wendax. The answer from Arunas would have earned him the point, although you gave more information. As you say, it was a French design which was supposed to be also built by Vickers, but there is great doubt whether any were actually constructed in the UK.
The poor photo was the only one I could find.

The photo is quite well known, as it is printed in the Georgano.

It's not in my edition! Apparently, it's not really a 3-wheeler because the front "single" wheel is actually two slim wheels fitted close together. The engine mounted on one side is counter-balanced by a 3-speed gearbox and magneto on the other side, and there are side-mounted radiators.

Mine's the 2-volume edition from 2000.  I had to lie about the price to my family.

I was 19 when I bought mine, no wife to lie to, but the most expensive book I had bought by then.
