This is frustrating!  I've found the selfsame picture on the web and it is simply captioned "Armoured car"  :taz:

Is it Russian?

Definitely not Russian. In fact there are 2 different sites which claim it is made by 2 different makers, so I'll accept either.

Vickers Guy Armoured car designed for India.

We have a winner, and another Expert well on the way to Pro level.

According to a specialist Guy site, this was made by them, but I have seen it described as a Vickers armoured car on another website. It's quite possible that Vickers constructed the vehicles on behalf of Guy.

As you say, 100 were sold to the Indian Army, but proved too big and heavy for the terrain.
