Yes. One point to you.

My image has a caption which states 1939, but Georgano says production started in 1940 and re-commenced after WW2, so your date is OK. It was a lengthened version of the Talbot 10 chassis, fitted with the engine from the Hillman 14hp. 1939 was the first year of the cars being called Sunbeam-Talbot, rather than just Talbot.
