Might this be an FAP from Serbia?

Might this be a Jelcz from Poland?

Is the manufacturer of this truck currently active?

Wendax

Not under its own name, but it was taken over by a still active truck manufacturer. The brand doesn't exist anymore.

Wendax

It is Austrian, but not an ÖAF.

Graef & Stift? based on  K200?

Wendax

It is a Gräf & Stift. I'm not sure about the K200, I will look that up tonight.

Meanwhile locked for you.

Wendax

Not a K 200, but you are very close. Locked for two more tries.

Wendax

No, it was better before.

Graef & Stift K 210 Muldenkipper, 1970.

Wendax

Yes, it is a K 210. Muldenkipper means dumper which this one is not, but a Betonmischer (cement mixer), but the chassis was probably mainly used for dumper trucks.

One more point for you.
