How could I have been so blind? The number should place this cat nearer the middle of your alphabetical list. I can't find a picture, but I think it could be the Lewis.

They are but makers are 16700, more than the double...models are 103000...nearly 13  times more.

This was a light car whose prototype was based on the Mathis, though production cars used Belgian-designed and British-built Peters engines in two sizes 1207cc 9.5hp and 1498cc 10.8hp.  They were 4 cylinder side-valve units, and attempts to convert them to ohv were apparently unsuccessful.  The gearbox was a 4-speed Meadows, and final drive was by shaft.  Body styles included a 2 seater with dickey and a 4 seater.  Probably no more than 20 were made.

100151: I have a list of manufacturers and theyr models. The manufacturer you are looking for builds a series of T-Bucket, Roadster, Pick-Up or Track-T cars inspired to '23, '27 and '32 Ford. I don't know if they are the builders of the car in that movie.
I'll leave you a clue: if you mispell this name you'll have a quite known German maker of BMW-based retro roadsters.
