Yes , it's German but I just Know the coach builder !

It is a car bodied by Josef Scheiwiller from Zürich. I remember seeing this car when I was looking for an Alfa Romeo 8C by the same coach builder which featured in one of your other puzzles. I don't know the marque though, it is not mentioned in the text, not even that it is German .... but could very well be an Opel
