Not many non-EU European countries left. Iceland ?

pnegyesi

who said anything about the country being non-EU? not Iceland

Alright. I assumed you used the CEE acronym as an old-fashioned way of calling the current EU.

So - Poland ?

pnegyesi

not CEE (CEE refers to Central and Eastern Europe)

Djetset

This looks like a Fast & Speeds road-going buggy from the Netherlands.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.

It is locked for Djetset. Yes, this is from the Netherlands, Fast&Speeds was a contributor - but it has a different name because there's something different :)

Gosh!  Thanks for the Lock Pal, but I only know this as the Series 1 street buggy by Fast & Speeds, which AAA Concept Cars (known as the eFun Car by them), RS Machinebouw and Rotor also worked on.  The buggy is electric, and reportedly is dual control, meaning that it can be driven/controlled by either passenger/driver.  Is this the additional information you where looking for?

The article I found says this is the eFunCar from 2012. Good job
