Based on the people around it I presume it is an american car, is it a Chrysler/Desoto?
The grill is too small for a regular airflow, it must be a smaller sister, a special of the Airflow by DeSoto?
Otherwise it is a proto by its competitors in the thirties.

No, it is not a Tatra, I guess it is the Audi (Carnut had a reference to Audi in the Siata puzzle)
The other 1930's experimental cars that employed Jaray's patents were Audi Front:

Yes, it is an Audi Front built after Jaray patents.

Locked for you to name which Audi Front (there were two different models) and the year.

I am still looking for the year, it is not the "Ugly Duckling" as Audi described it.
This one is seen in all white (this is actually an Mercedes Benz 200) and with the two tone paint.
