This coupe was already built in 1934/1935 and was the prototype for the 1935 Jawa racecars competing in the Czech 1000 Miles race (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2011-39/barrett's-219-jawa-750-1935-1000-mil-268eskoslovenskych/). It was not a Jaray design like the 1934 racecar was (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2013-42/sac458-jawa-700-coupe-by-jaray/). The designer of this car is not known.

I took my information from the book "Historie Automobilú Jawa" by Jan Králik which I just bought in Prague.
