Can you identify this vehicle?  I'd like to know who did it and from what He got the main part of the pieces.

Kanter-Auto from 1949?
Built by Kanter and Wasterval.
"Basis for the car was the floater of a Dornier seaplane, while parts from other planes like the Mustang, Typhoon, Flying Fortress, Liberator and Stuka were also used. Even parts from a V1 were found to be useful.  Car-parts that were used were amongst others a 1200 cc 2-cylinder Reading Standard engine and the wheels from a Ford."

Actually I had it as made by a Dutch man named Kanter (my source doesn't speak about Wasterval), but it's just a little note from an old newspaper, so I suppose your answer is correct and more complete than my source that describes it as a Ford-Dornier derived. Another well deserved point for you.
