I am not in any way trying to interfere with Cuda here, but the man's costume/manner of dress and the badges on the front of the car are very typical of Sweden or Norway in that era. I could find nothing but maybe
Cuda or someone else can if my idea is valid.

Kettinge Karosseriefabrik, Denmark?
Not by Kettinge, but it is Danish!
Dansk Karosseri Fabrik?
Exactly!
My congratulations, 4popoid........
I was on the right track with Norway and Sweden (Scandinavian look to the gentlemen's suit), just forgot to mention Denmark.
I also was aware of Dansk Karosser--Fabrik in Copenhagen but failed to use the proper search parameters to find this specific car.
In any case, I finally found it and can also report that it was apparently built for a Mr. Albert Andersen who was a motor sports driver and driving instructor. The badges on the front of the car represent races in which he participated.
Good job!!
