Yes, it is a Steyr. Locked for you to find model and coachbuilder.

Model is II (Steyr II). Body type is Limousine. Unfortunately I have no way to find out the coachbuilder.

If not Typ II then it must be Typ V (Typ 5). For coachbuilder let's say ÖFAG  :-\
