Any idea when and where these went up for sale? Was there anything that positively identified them with Loewy? These look much more like Tucker Carioca sketches than Loewy.
Or did Loewy copy Sakhnoffsky or was it the other way around? Any dates or any other info would be very helpful...

No, I took the pictures from an online auction. There was no more information going with it.
