South American Ford?
South American, and Ford-based
gauchito 1955?
No
Such a strange thing! :-\ It looks as if a 1963 Ford F100 truck front has been grafted onto a 1958-style Ford passenger car rear - is it a kind of 'crew-cab' vehicle, with the boot area actually being a pick-up rather than having a lid? Argentinian?
It is hard to tell from the pictures Ihave, but I think you are right with your guesses about the bodywork. It is Argentinian.
A 1962 Rolmar Ford wooden panel sedan deluxe?
Easy for you. ;)
Rolmar is the name I wanted to hear. The year is almost correct, it is a 1961 model, and it is Ford F-100-based. I'm not sure whether Rusca is a correct part of this model's name, so I won't ask for it.
One more point for you.
A variety of 1961 Rolmars:
Rolmar was the designer of the body but it little factory was full capacity. They were one of the little companies that made buses bodies. So the contruction of the specials cars and pick ups they let it in hands of an steel tools company call Rusca.
SO it was a Rolmar desing but made in Rusca workshops.
Thank you for that information, I'll change the title.
