leichter geländegängiger Personenkraftwagen (Kfz. 1). WIth some courage I would say this is the variant from Stoewer.

Surprise, surprise! Things are rarely what they seem to be at AutoPuzzles  ;)
It is supposed to look like the Stoewer you mentioned, but it is based on a completely different car.
