I would guess it's a Healey, from either a Swiss or Belgian coachbuilder?

Wendax

Not a Healey, and no foreign coachbuilder involved.

#11
Lloyd? (The British Lloyd, that is, of Grimsby.)
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

There's something (like flip-bonnet and windscreen attack) suggesting me that this could be quite a modern drawing of a project for an old styled car. Is the base from 60s?

nicanary

Those are huge light fittings - is this car very small, maybe a proposal for a "new" Rytecraft?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Wendax

Not from the 60s and not a Rytecraft

I don't think this car was ever built, but I'm probably wrong.  Is it anything to do with Lawrie Bond?

Locked for you, because it is a Bond. Find its name, and you'll get that point.

I have looked at every reference book I have, and checked all the relevant internet sites, but I can find no mention of this car. I suspect that this is an artists drawing of a proposed car which was never actually built - Lawrie Bond was well-known for his fertile imagination and enthusiasm, but he quickly went from one project to another.

The wheels look like those from his Type C Formula 3 500cc single-seater. Maybe this is a proposal for a sports car based on that engine and chassis. Just a guess - if the 3-wheeler was called the Minicar, was this going to be called the Minisports?

Wendax

Your assumptions are mainly correct. It follows the technical design of the 500 cc Type C racing car. The picture is taken from an official brochure, but I think this car never materialized. Its name isn't Minisports, but thematically related.

Locked for another try.

Mini is not part of its name.

Unlocked and open for all.

No, it is a word of literary origin.
