I just found some info on this car,it was called Alpha,it was developed in the design bureau of automotive industry of the 1960s.its engine was one liter capacity,40-60hp it was a prototype of a new model,syrena replacement.

Sort of, though I haven't seen any mention of the Alpha name.
It dates from 1962-4 but what model was it a prototype for?
