Thanks for the lock Gerd. After much internet research I have been unable to come up with either a photograph or any proper model designation. The following sentence contains all of the information that I have been able to glean regarding the Weise automobile.
The Weise automobile was a Dreiradwagen manufactured in Berlin in 1932 and/or 1933 (depending on the source), selling for RM 1,750, and powered by a single cylinder 200-cc Rinne 2-stroke engine that sat without cover over the single front wheel.
If this sentence does not contain the information you require you might as well unlock the puzzle, as I don't know where else to search.

The correct name has been an incorrect guess at AutoPuzzles before. :D
Unlocked and open for all.

Big hint!!!! Weisemobil?

Correct. :)
I could have made this puzzle almost insolvable, if I had asked for the coachbuilder, as it is mentioned nowhere in literature AFAIK. The puzzle pic was for sale at an online auction. On the backside there is a stamp that the picture belonged to the Wagenfabrik Joh. Hellmuth in Berlin. And I can't think of any other good reason for a coachbuilder to keep (and stamp) a picture of a simple threewheeler tha that he built the wooden body and kept the picture for reference.
Below another picture of the four-seater version.
