I think that's worth a LOCK. It was built by Sunrise under their later name, but it's not the Dolphin, which we've had before.

You can have my point for that. It is called the Badal, and is a 4-wheeled version of the original Badal 3-wheeler. It was introduced in 1981 and produced for less than a year, because the company introduced the Dolphin to replace it. The Dolphin was of course the re-engineered Reliant Kitten.

Sunrise changed their name to Sipani in 1978 according to Georgano (who isn't 100% accurate!)
