For one point, provide the year, make, model, and chassis source of this old touring car:

It seems the Rookies are asleep this week.  Or all my puzzles are too difficult.

This car is a product of the U.S.A.

OK, I found it.  This is a vehicle shown at the 1918 New York Motor Show labeled as the: Kundtz Cubist Touring Car, by the Theodor Kundtz Co. of Cleveland, a cabinet and body maker.  It utilized a chassis by the Murray Motor Car Co. of Pittsburgh

And the point goes to 4popoid.

This appears to be the only car which carried the Kundtz label.  They also built bodies for White, Murray, Peerless, Stearns, Winton and Worthington.
