OK, I found it.  This is a vehicle shown at the 1918 New York Motor Show labeled as the: Kundtz Cubist Touring Car, by the Theodor Kundtz Co. of Cleveland, a cabinet and body maker.  It utilized a chassis by the Murray Motor Car Co. of Pittsburgh

This appears to be the only car which carried the Kundtz label.  They also built bodies for White, Murray, Peerless, Stearns, Winton and Worthington.
