For one point, specify the year, name, builder, and driver of this race car
Rookies don't like race cars?

Well that's competitor in a 750MC Six-hour Relay Race at Silverstone in about 1980.
Hard to say if it's a Formula 1300 or 750 Formula car but I'd guess F1300.

And AL is the man who was there (probably).
750 is part of the name I am looking for. Image is older than 1980.
Well as you left the logo for all to see it won't be 750MC that is part of the name but 750 Formula (or just 750 Special).
As NIC says, I was probably there, but all the race programmes from the 1970/80 period I used to have seem to have gone to the waste paper collection, so I can't look up car A of team 35.
Are the builder and the driver the same person?
Finaly I get the info It was not easy but I think I have all you ask. It is the WEV750 (maybe the first WEV) built by Stan Golldthorpe in 1964 originaly built with an Austin 750 engine. I think the photo is taken in 1967 at Silverstone with Peter St Barbe at wheel, probably with a Delboy reliant 600cc engine, As many of F750 had a reliant engine this was the clue to find it.
One point to Serra for the complete answer.
When I saw a previous puzzle on here with a WEV car, I didn't think that was right, because it wasn't nearly as low as the first. So I decided to post WEV750.
