Hi Milos:

Very interesting puzzle.

It is a 1939 Walter (Model PN?) with coach work by Uhlik for the Black Brewery.
Here is a very small pic from the rear of the truck.

As it  happens, I have long had an interest in Czech autos/trucks/coach builders and over the years built up a pretty good data base of sites and photos.

More recently, Pal has been helping/challenging me in doing the same research on these subjects in Hungary and Austria.
