Ok, so I guess it must be 1940.

  1940 is correct, 1934 would have been as well... The car is originally from 1934 but was rebodied by Graber in 1940. It is not 100% sure that Graber is the coach builder, could have been Worblaufen as well. Anyway a point for you. Here is pic from the front of the car
