I don't think this one has been posted as a puzzle before.

Name the builder of this small limousine, the base car and the number used in its construction for a point.

Well it is an Austin Mini base, probably using three cars - but I can't find the builder yet.

So far so good - it's Mini-based using three cars.
I'll LOCK it for you to give you a chance to find the constructor.....

Wood and Pickett?
Not by them - it's by an individual, not a coachbuilder......

I don't know the builder either, but I can throw in all the information I have:

1979 Austin Mini Limousine.  Personalized license plate from Ontario, Canada: "Royaly".  Says "Mini Cooper" on the trunk lid.  Auctioned at the Toronto International Sprint Classic Car Auction, 4/3/2004 for $4,280 Canadian.  Lot Number 437, without reserve.

Thanks for that.
A clue - the builder's initials are B.R.

Another stalled puzzle that needs solving!

It's been established that the car comprises three Minis built by a Canadian with the initials B.R.

Just answer the following two questions to find the answer -

B - he shares his first name with a 20th century pop culture icon (now deceased)

R - his surname is the same as these (plural) geographical features that can be found in virtually every country

A point will be awarded only for the full name........

Rivers is correct but the first name is not Billy (same number of letters though)
