No !
It's a prototype by Facel with several parts of cars to replace a model ford by an other one ! ::)

I can't tell you how much I am enjoying this particular puzzle. As a long-time admirer of Jean Daninos and all things Facel, I have found many fascinating cars during my search involving Facel/Ford/Prototypes. Unfortunately I have not located the exact puzzle car yet, but some lovely other cars . . . Many of which I was unaware of.

Just to clarify, it is a prototype Facel design for -or based on- a Ford vehicle. Correct?

Is it a prototype for a futur Simca Plein Ciel,on a Ford base, knowing that Ford SAF was brought by Simca in the 50's

SACO

It's a prototype Facel design to replace the Ford Vedette
We already recognize the front of the Ford Versailles !
1 point for frederick59 and fyreline  :)

Very generous of you. It's fascinating that even now that we know what it is . . . I still can't find any reference for it on the web!  I can see the Vedette styling cues beneath the Facel grille now. I was about to ask about a Vedette and/or Simca connection, but Frederick59 was a bit faster. A very good puzzle.
