Bon bon?
No. One word. The name sounds very Italian to me.

Hint: it's quite popular idea to bake this product on open fire...

Malvavisco?
No.

Hint: It can also have chocolate coating... + this model name (written just slightly different in English than the name I looking for) was used for a car of BIG manufacturer.

Firenze?
(As in Florentine biscuits which are roasted biscuits, are sweet and can be covered in chocolate!)
Someone from Firenze (Florence in English) is referred to as Florentine, and there was a car called the Firenza made by Vauxhall, a big car manufacturer.

Or alternatively Siena?
Ford made the Sierra, but I'll  have to look up what Siena biscuits are and if you can roast them by the fire!

Not that. Next hint: people tend to bake the final-made product (without chocolate cover) on open fire. The name was used for Ford model! Now you have all tools to have this solved.

The first one who gets the correct name gets an immediate lock.
