this is the GAZ-22 minibus built from RAF-977. It was built by Alex Nikitivich Arsenyev in the late 1970s.

I found alittle more information,was it custom Afalina(1962 gaz-22 Volga +1961 raf-977b Latvia,I put this all down hoping this is the correct information?

As Gerd says, at least two sites call it "Afalina" which in English is "Bottlenose Dolphin".
