I'm pretty sure I know the book this photo comes from, but sadly I don't have a copy!

I know what the car is, but not the coachbuilder. I know we have to name both for the point, so maybe I'll guess the builder.

Invicta 3-litre by Lindleys?

It is indeed an Invicta chassis.
