By Googling "chien au volant" I found it!
The car is apparently towing a caravan!
Charles Louvet was the man responsible?

Based on a car built before 1900, like De Dion Bouton ?
Yes !Locked for you ! :)
Is it a steam car ?
No !
You said De Dion Bouton by hazard ?
I haven't recognised that it was a De Dion Bouton. According to the bicycle-like wheels and narrow rear track, I thought that only a veteran car could have these features, and De Dion Bouton was a wild guess consistent with my theory.
!No guess for a De Dion with a new body ?
De Dion Bouton Type E ?
I don't know the type of the car !
Sorry but unlocked !
Alright, so which information is required for a point ? Year ? Coachbuilder ?
