Leonard-MG.

More specifically it's a Tojeiro chassis with MG engine raced by Lionel Leonard as a Leonard-MG. Registration was LOY501.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Certainly correct. I would have expected that this one was solved at expert level.

I expected it too! It was the sister car to the famous Cliff Davis Tojeiro-Bristol, and the forerunner to the line of AC cars which resulted in the Cobra.

I didn't think it did now either; aren't they stove-enamelled?  Apart from the spinners..
