It's a Gumpert Apollo wannabe replica based on a 2nd gen MR2, which surfaced on ebay in 2010.
"The seller claims it yields 255whp at 15psi and 303whp at around 19psi on the dyno."

I have to wonder, who would choose a car as ugly as the Apollo to "replicate"? Its reason for existing is its power, not its looks. If you don't have the power either, then why..?
