Nope.
KU is apparently ignoring us, lynk. :nana:
Not a Cord. My "nope" was meant to cover all guesses to date. ;)
Just a hunch. Is this german?
No.
If it's not a Cord is it an Auburn?
Not an Auburn.
Not a Duesenberg, either.
Not even from Indiana.
Wild guess but could this be east European?
No.
:bump:
This car is European.
1938 special bodied Fiat by Pininfarina
What's this, by whom, from when - for 1 point?:

Experts?
is it a 1970 cord warrior?
Volswagen Beetle?
1938 Fiat 1500 Cabriolet by Pininfarina. It appears to closely imitate the contemporary American Cord 810, on a much smaller scale.

That's right.
It's usually Italian design influencing other countries' rather than American design influencing the Italians, but on this occasion it was the other way around.
Strictly speaking I suppose it should be by Pinin Farina rather than Pininfarina, which didn't actually officially become one word until 1961, although most
post-war designs of theirs seem to refer to 'Pininfarina'; this being pre-war however I believe it should be two words.
We've actually had this before 8 years ago (when it was described as being by Pininfarina - one word!) so it now has to be merged.

Sorry about that - I cleaned up the title.
