Remember - solving puzzles using 'Google Search by Image' is BANNED on AutoPuzzles!

This is actually a re-post but I'm looking for slightly different info; it can't progress any further than the Experts though so come on boys - sort it out!

Aha - one of the those great "forgotten" classics. That's the '53 Manta Ray fiberglass vision built by Glen Hire and Vernon Antoine, a couple of guys from North American Aviation in their Whittier, CA garage. "Wanting to incorporate the swift flowing lines of a jet fighter plane into a car's styling." A production version was actually proposed!

That's it, yes; said to have been influenced by the GM Le Sabre show car of 1951.

This is a re-post so will now have to be merged.
