I don't have a clue what the car is, but as this is AutoPuzzles, I assume the dog is called Rover!  :lmao:

I'm afraid I don't know much about this car, but I suspect it probably is human powered

Alors!  After 18 months I think I may be able to help that guy finally put the car on the ground, as it is a Petit Puce from the late 1970s.

The Petit Puce (little flea) was a French-built version of the American PPV (People Powered Vehicle), but using a small petrol engine to supplement the pedal power.

Ah, le Petit Puce (PPV) looks a little different to this ...

Ah merde!  I thought I'd finally cracked it.  Is this one a pedal/motor combo too, like the Petit Puce?

I'm not sure about the motive power but I'm guessing it's human-powered...

With that lovely GS in the background, is this a french car ?

Djetset, where do you get information about the "Petit Puce" ? I have this name on a list of totally unknown microcars, and I just never found anything about it.

As you already know, I'm trying to find some valuable history on every "brand", even the most obscure ! Where this "Petit Puce" was made ?
