It was a study by Eric de Pauw, shown in 1994, using two Peugeot scooters. I think the name was "Biscoot".

I've checked : the true name was "Boyscoot", created by Design Performance, a company from Auffargis, created by Eric de Pauw (already known as the Hommell berlinette designer). The Boyscoot prototype was approved by famous pilot Jean-Pierre Beltoise, and shown here and there in fall 1994, using two Peugeot SV80 scooters.
