It's called PE, and was built by Aderito Parente's Fabrica de Produtos Estrela in early 50s.
He made some contacts with an Italian company, Sirio, to produce trucks.

Yes, you're right - of course!
Nicanary has pointed out that this is a re-post, so it really shouldn't have reached the Pro's, but I was not aware of that.
I actually Searched for 'Estrela' (best to stick to one key word) but this one did not show up though an earlier puzzle of a slightly different car did.
I've given PJ his point but it will be merged now.
