Not a French marque !
It would appear to have no chassis rails, but I suspect that was a mistake by the artist contouring the actual photo before placing it against a new background. ;)

On second examination the front half reminds me of a 3 1/2 liter Bentley from the early '30s.  Am I getting warmer?

Edit:  I was closer than I thought.  This vehicle is in fact a: 1933 3 ½ liter Bentley (chassis #B23AE) fitted with a body designed by Rolls Royce (owner of Bentley at that time) designer Ivan Evernden, and manufactured by Park Ward.  The vehicle was prepared to demonstrate the advantages of weight saving and streamlining.
