Well I'm happy to admit I've never seen it before, but at least I can say it seems to be a 1950s special based on a Ford 8 or 10 and probably British.

Thanks, but I don't think I earned a whole point there ;D
I see that Gerry Bath died last year at the age of 83 and that he called one of his Ford specials, built in the days of the Coventry 
Climax fire pump derived engines, "Anticlimax"  - not sure if it was this one, which was supposed to have been based on a Thames van but with all-­enveloping bodywork.
