It must be a Fiat  1500 Convertible, the 1935 model had this front.

Coachwork? It is not the unearthed  Ghia body that might be a Balbo. It is also not the Uhri as that had different bonnet scoops, nor the Viotti as that had the fold down roof much higher, nor the Pinin Farina car, nor the Bertone convirtible. I have checked a lot but none that ticked all the boxes.....it is Italian coachbuild?
