I found the car, really by chance to be honest (I was looking for pictures of Fiat Topolino wheels, then stumbled upon the Topolino 750 MM by Zagato, then on that very car).

Ok, so it's a Fiat 750 Topolino powered by a BMW engine.

Save the point for somebody who might find more info on the car.

I think that this car was made by "Carrozzeria Campana Onorio" from Modena: they just made a barchetta with Bmw engine - on a Topolino chassis - in 1948

I'm afraid I don't, no.
I can't remember if I modified this a bit; I'll have a look at my other computer and see, and if I did I'll post the un-modified picuture.
