ULSAB-AVC program by AutoSteel / Steel Market Development Institute in cooperation with Porsche Engineering Services. It stands for Ultra Light Steel Auto Body Advanced Vehicle Concepts.

The Porsche link was indeed fruitless but 4popoid's idea in his #42 reply was instrumental in finding the solution.
