it's not a company
it is a man who build that

I think there are many harder puzzles around

Paul Jaray

Bogdan Wozowicz's Samba?

so I guess two points goes to You
when the article from which I took photo was released this beauty had no name I think
that's why when Wendax guessed it is from Poland I asked him who build this
and now Paul found that
it was build by Bogdan Wozowicz, very talented polish car and plane constructor
it was made as a proposal for disabled poeple, was powered by an electric motor from Melex and using a lot of Fiat 126p mechanical parts, body was a fibreglass shell
maybe later it was named "Samba" as You can find that name on some web pages but I think Samba was later version of a car from my puzzle
