As one of the Pro's kindly pointed out to me, this car has appeared in AP before as part of a group puzzle, but I will kept it here individually for now to see if an Expert can correctly identify it.

It's the FLAUZIAS that been a one-off looks that is moving all over East Europe, I've seen it in a Microcar concentration in Manresa Spain in 2013.

I believe it was a prototype called flauzias,1961 by Michele collinot?

Hmm, this is now tricky, as both Luisps and Kwgibbs have the correct answer, but with that latter adding more information just 2 minutes after Luisps reply.  I guess I will have to award a point each.

As you say Luisps, this car is doing the rounds, as I took this photo of it only last month in Reims, France.

Thank you, I've my own pictures from 2013, sorry when I said Est Europe I was looking the map in a mirror, I sould say West Europe...Nederland, France, Spain...
